Criminal activity on the dark web is not a distant, international phenomenon — it is happening here and now, and it involves Norwegian actors, victims, and interests.
In this session, we will follow Norway-related criminal activity live on the dark web. The talk provides a realistic insight into how criminals operate and what is actually happening right now. The goal is to deliver a concrete understanding of the threat landscape, not sensationalism — and to highlight the threats Norway is facing.
The session will be presented by Keven Hendricks. Keven is a 20-year veteran detective with a municipal police department and has served as a Task Force Officer for two separate federal agencies. He is a published author in the FBI Law Enforcement Bulletin and currently works as an instructor for Street Cop Training and Federal Resources, where he teaches law enforcement courses on the dark web and cybercrime. He is widely recognized as a subject matter expert in dark web investigations.
Keven is one of the leading law enforcement experts in the United States in this field and is coming to HackCon to deliver a session closely aligned with the training he provides to law enforcement on dark web investigations and cybercrime.
You should attend this session to gain insight into what is actually happening on the dark web — knowledge that is essential for understanding and addressing today’s real criminal and threat landscape in Norway.
